Innovative Experiences

We taylor the program to the needs of your company.

Innovation of Experiences

Being an experiential workshop, it has to be personalized. And because we work through simulations based on reality, before starting, it is essential that our team have the necessary information to be able to select the appropriate exercises and activities for each specific work situation that the company considers requires a change, progress or improvement.

Collecting information:

Our team will need to obtain broadly, information such as: the services provided by the company, the area of the company with which you want to work, the jobs of the participants, the goal or objective that the company wants to achieve in that area specific, the number of people who would participate in the workshop, etc. All kinds of information that help us to understand in the best possible way the situation or situations with which we are interested in working, and the conflicts that are believed to be preventing the progress that the company or business wishes to achieve.

Situations with different work areas can be worked on as well as with different ranks or work hierarchies:

Creating the Taylored Programme

Once our team has the necessary information about the company, a personalized program is created for free and without obligation; where the procedure to follow is exposed, different options are presented regarding its execution (number of days, themes, situations to work on...), as well as different budgets depending on the option that the client chooses. And in case an agreement has been reached and the client is interested in the program, procedure and budget, the next step to follow would be to organize and decide the date for its execution.

Process:

1. Identify

Identify the problem and collect the necessary information.

2. Create

Create a custom project.

3. Expose

Exhibition of different execution plans.

4. Choose

Election of the execution plan that best suits the client.

5. Execution

Program execution.

6. Analysis

Analysis and reflection of the project.
