Innovative Experiences

Methodology

Activities and exercises are carried out based mostly on techniques of interpretation, communication and interaction with others, to achieve the different objectives of the workshop. The participants recreate specific situations on stage and immediately afterwards they analyze and reflect.

Workplace scenarios:

Every day is a constant improvisation and sometimes we do not have the tools to deal with the obstacles that are placed before us. This is an experiential workshop, where learning is significant (you learn from your own experience). Work situations that need improvement are rehearsed, so that the participants develop and obtain different skills that serve as an instrument when having to deal with the difficulties that arise in their work.

Innovation of experiences:

Participants recreate past experiences within their work area on stage, to re-elaborate or correct different situations that may have happened in the past, in order to prevent them from happening again or find better solutions in case they do happen again. In the same way, situations that could occur in the future are recreated in order to find different solutions to different obstacles, and thus prevent them before they could occur.

The power of your own experience:

It has been shown through different studies that there are different ways of learning. However, what we learn through our own experience, through living it and feeling it in oneself, is one of the most significant learning; since they become lessons that are not forgotten and that although we are not aware of them all the time, having experienced them, they are activated automatically.

We cannot re-create life as it is, and what is experienced in one's own life has an incomparable weight; but we can experience real emotions in fictional simulations. For what we can learn from the experience lived within a fiction based on reality.
