General Information about the
ExpresART Workshop
Dealing with emotions and knowing how to manage them can sometimes be quite complicated, however there are different techniques and exercises that help us make them more aware and therefore find better ways to deal with them.
This is a workshop aimed at people who like to be in touch with their emotions, who want to grow and develop personally and emotionally, who like to play with creativity and imagination and seek to develop security and self-confidence.
Methodology:
Activities and exercises based mostly on interpretation, photography, film and writing techniques are carried out to achieve the different objectives of the workshop. The participants recreate various situations on stage and immediately afterwards they analyze and reflect, in order to rescue the important aspects for the development of the different skills. It is an experiential workshop, where learning is significant (you learn from your own experience).
