General Information about the
Theatre Therapy Workshop
This is a workshop aimed at adolescents, young people and adults who like to be in touch with their emotions, who want to grow and develop personally, emotionally and professionally, who like to play with creativity and imagination and seek to develop security and confidence in themselves.
It is NOT a workshop for people who want to be professional actors or actresses, it is NOT an alternative therapy where one can solve personal problems. It is a personal growth workshop through which you can get to know yourself better by doing fun and interesting activities and exercises together with other people.
Methodology:
Activities and exercises based mostly on acting techniques are carried out; to achieve the different objectives of the workshop. The participants recreate various situations on stage and immediately afterwards they analyze and reflect, in order to rescue the important aspects for the development of the different skills. It is an experiential workshop, where learning is significant (you learn from your own experience).
Every day is a constant improvisation and sometimes we do not have the tools to deal with the obstacles that are placed before us.
