Parents
DIRECTED AT PARENTS WHO HAVE CHILDREN AGED 7-12 AND/OR ADOLESCENTS 13-18 YEARS OLD:
A space where parents can obtain more tools and develop different dynamics that help them improve understanding and with it the relationship with their children. That they can discover new ways and techniques to be able to generate better communication and with it a greater approach to them.

Objective:
Develop a greater understanding and different techniques in order to improve the relationship with their children.
Methodology:
The participants recreate on stage specific situations related to day-to-day living with their children. Immediately afterwards, they are analyzed and reflected on, in order to rescue the important aspects for the development of different techniques that serve as support to have a better relationship with their children. It is an experiential workshop, where learning is significant (you learn from your own experience).
Exercises & Activities:
- Role-play
- Creation of various scenarios and situations.
- Improvisation (immediate response to unforeseen situations).
- Reflection and analysis of the different representations that take place in each session.
Contents:
- Understand how children and adolescents think and act:
- Where do they see life from?
- What are their motives.
- What are their fears.
- What parents represent to them.
- What others represent to them.
- Learn to put ourselves in the place of children and/or adolescents:
- Understand their situation.
- Put us in their shoes.
- Understand what they are going through and their concerns.
- Develop empathy towards them.
- Work with emotions:
- Memories as tools.
- Real situations.
- The here and now.
- Conflict.
- Analysis and reflection:
- How would we behave in this situation? Why?
- How can I get closer to my son/daughter?
- How to change my attitude? Why?
- What have I discovered through experiencing these scenarios?
